Summary:
A Groundskeeper is required to be able to complete a large variety of tasks throughout the day.
Groundskeeper tasks can be generally categorized as manual labor and are related to landscaping.

Responsibilities:
o Operate different types of walking lawn mowers and mow greens.
o Use of string trimmers.
o Operation of powered debris blowers.
o Use of chainsaw, and operation of other motorized equipment.
o Plant and maintain floral arrangements/flower beds throughout the Resort.
o Maintain cleanliness of the parking garage and driveway o Hand water areas that are not serviced by irrigation systems.
Job Requirements:
o Physical, mental and emotional stamina to work outdoor o Ability to adjust schedule for shifts starting at 6:
